Women in Tech e.V.

Women in Tech e.V. is a cross-industry non-profit working to increase visibility, access, and representation for women in technical careers across the DACH region.

Their vision is straightforward: technology should be shaped by all genders.

Through events, role-model visibility, and strong networks across companies and educators, they help more people discover (and stay in) tech.

At CLA, we share these values — and we aim to provide a learning environment where Poland-based participants feel genuinely welcome, supported, and represented.
