About Code Labs Academy

Code Labs Academy is a European tech education provider helping learners in Luxembourg and beyond build practical, job-relevant digital skills

Our bootcamps are designed to take you from “interested” to “capable” through intensive, project-based learning—without assuming a traditional tech background

Whether you’re upskilling for your current role, aiming for a new direction, or simply want to understand modern tech better, we pair structured teaching with mentoring and personalised guidance

Most live sessions and support are scheduled in Central European Time (CET/CEST), making it easy to join from Luxembourg

The Web as I envisaged it, we have not seen it yet. The future is still so much bigger than the past.

Our mission

We invest in the people behind the technology—and the communities they shape.

In a world where tools and roles evolve quickly, learning is not a one-off milestone—it’s a habit. We believe that high-quality tech education should be accessible, practical, and welcoming, so that anyone in Luxembourg can build the confidence to use, understand, and create with technology.

Our goal is to help people become technologically empowered—whether that means automating a workflow, collaborating better with engineering teams, launching a product, or stepping into a more digital role. We focus on capabilities you can apply immediately: problem-solving, building, testing, and communicating clearly about technical work.

To support learners across Luxembourg’s international and multilingual environment, we design our programmes with clear structure, real projects, and supportive teaching. We also host free online sessions and community learning events, and we work with partners to make training more financially approachable where possible.

If you’re exploring funding routes in Luxembourg, we can help you understand common options that may apply depending on your status—such as employer-supported training, Luxembourg’s co-funding schemes for in-company training, individual training leave (congé individuel de formation), or training support pathways for registered jobseekers. Eligibility and coverage vary, but you shouldn’t have to navigate the landscape alone.

Code Labs Academy Story

Our Story

Founded in 2021, Code Labs Academy was created to close a very practical gap: people and companies needed modern tech skills faster than traditional learning routes could reliably provide. Since then, we’ve grown into an international learning community serving learners across Europe—including Luxembourg—who want training that stays close to real work.

Our approach is simple: learn by building. From Web Development and UI/UX Design to Data Science & AI and Cyber Security, our bootcamps are structured around hands-on projects, feedback loops, and visible progress. You’ll have access to instructors, guided support, and a course rhythm that fits your schedule—full-time in as few as 12 weeks, or part-time over 24 weeks—so you can upskill without putting your life on hold.

Our Values

Learning never stops

Technology moves quickly. We treat learning as an ongoing practice that helps people adapt, stay confident, and keep their options open.

Access is a design choice

Education should be inclusive and realistic for busy adults. We build programmes that are welcoming to different backgrounds and built around progress, not gatekeeping.

Teaching that’s practical and high-quality

Strong learning outcomes require great instructors, thoughtful curricula, and meaningful projects. We prioritise clarity, feedback, and real-world relevance.

People-first technology

Tech should serve humans and communities. We focus on developing capable, ethical practitioners who can build responsibly—and help shape a better digital future.
